Daniel Hales is a writer, musician, collagist, teacher, kayaker, and salsa junkie. He’s the author of Tempo Maps, a poetry chapbook, and composer of its companion CD: Miner Street Symphony (ixnay press). His poems, flash fictions, and hybrid writings have appeared in many journals, including Right Hand Pointing, Verse Daily, Conduit, H_NGM_N, Sentence, Quarter After Eight, and Booth.
